These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('Player', 'User') and 7ejbd ('the Platform', 'we', 'us', 'our'). By accessing or using any part of the 7ejbd platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, live casino, and related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing 7ejbd's services, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms. This agreement is effective from the moment you complete registration or first interact with any feature of the platform, whichever occurs first.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

7ejbd reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in account suspension or permanent closure. 3. Account Registration & Security

You may register only one account on 7ejbd. When creating your account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any winnings or balances.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 7ejbd will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Suspicious Activity

You must notify 7ejbd immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization. Suspicious activity includes but is not limited to:

• Unrecognized logins or deposits not initiated by you
• Unusual betting patterns that differ significantly from your normal activity
• Account details being changed without your knowledge or consent

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

7ejbd supports a range of payment methods popular among Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the player.

Deposits

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7ejbd platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to manipulate games, odds, or account activity.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial transaction that is illegal under applicable law.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes or gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Opening multiple accounts to obtain additional bonus credits or circumvent restrictions placed on an existing account.
• Providing false or forged documentation during identity verification or any other compliance procedure.

7ejbd employs sophisticated monitoring tools and risk management processes to detect prohibited activities. All suspicious transactions and betting patterns are reviewed. Our decisions in relation to prohibited activities are final and binding.

7. Intellectual Property

The compilation of all content on this platform is the exclusive property of 7ejbd.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the platform's content without the express written permission of 7ejbd. Unauthorized use of 7ejbd's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7ejbd, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform, any content on the platform, any conduct or content of any third party on the platform, or any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall 7ejbd's total liability to you for all claims exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or ৳10,000, whichever is less. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 7ejbd platform shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication with our support team. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration. 7ejbd's decisions on gameplay, outcome disputes, and technical matters are final and conclusive. 11. Amendments to These Terms

7ejbd may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The revised Terms will carry a new effective date and will become binding upon publication. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

12. Termination of Account

7ejbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if it determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if continued operation of your account poses a risk to the platform or other users. Upon termination, any pending withdrawals will be processed subject to verification, and any bonus balances will be forfeited.
